2. Send an email to Tankertonsmokeshed@yahoo.co.uk and ask to join our list
3. We will send out an email out once a month with our smoke dates and details
4. Complete the information at the bottom of the email
5. We will reply and let you know the availability

What do you need to do?
1. Complete the information at the bottom of the email:
- Name
- Portion Size
- Collection Day
- Time Slot
2. Return the email to us
3. Make the payment within 3 days
4. We will send you a payment confirmation email
5. Collect your salmon from our address.
6. Keep your salmon in the fridge.
