3. We will send out an email out once a month with our smoke dates and details
4. Complete the information at the bottom of the email
5. We will reply and let you know the availability

2. Return the email to us
3. Make the payment within 3 days
4. We will send you a payment confirmation email
5. Collect your salmon from our address.
6. Keep your salmon in the fridge.

This is not mass-produced smoked salmon. Each order is carefully prepared by hand, making every portion a little different and every order special.
Every side of salmon is individually prepared, and as no two fish are exactly alike, portions are determined by the starting weight of each side before curing and smoking.
